OPEN COMMUNICATIONS. Humble suggestions to our new PRESIDENT

Dear Hon. President ,

My sincere apologies for the long gap in communicating with you for reasons I should inform you on a later date .

My previous communications may not have reached you as you were busy soon after your triumphant victory and you were getting familiarised about the complex job of managing the country with a long vision towards a new model country with modest modernisation with preserved culture, tradition, our beautiful natural environment with diverse plants , birds & animals .

My last communication with you was on 6th October. There were important communications on the 4th October , 27th September , 26th September , 23rd September and on 22nd September either on my web site or Facebook postings.

The my 7th September face book posting gives the description of well organised brain-wealth drain model .

I would like to highlight a few important sentences now before I go to the today's topic.

1. Immediate change of all school education to the international English language, no matter what it is, as all search engines & AI are in English .

I find most students struggling with Google

search and international communications which are vital at every stage of our children's progress, at the beginning with inadequacy of English knowledge .

2. Stop slaughtering of Cattle & buffalos with immediate effect no matter what it is.

Our buffalos produce 15 litres of milk/ day.

3. The 7 decade model of systematic drainage of our brain and wealth should be

immediately stopped.

Now coming to the today's topic, I am annexing the pictures electric three wheelers which were produced by talented young south Africans at cape Town.

We do have a lot of young , intelligent , talented and skilled people .

It is time for us to start manufacturing simple products like this required to our country in considerable numbers .

It is a good time as many large countries are willing to help us, for whatever the reason it is, but wise to grab this opportunity .

We may have to initially import many parts but gradually we can change and make progress.

Many well to do children of mother lanka living in collective West are eagerly waiting for investment opportunities which could be fast tracked without the red tapes and the beurogratic obstacles.

A lot of other urgent ideas are to be communicated soon .

If my dream first fastest railway system in South East Asia is to be started in Srilanka , we have to work hard & fast.
